Free Salesforce License for Integration User

Provide API-only access to the New Salesforce Integration User License. On March 7-8, 2023, Salesforce stated that it will offer 5 Complimentary Integration user licences; these licences would become accessible on March 14, 2023. The system-to-system interconnections are the intended use of this licence. This cannot be utilised by human users that require user interface access to Salesforce data or functionalities.

Use of License

Salesforce Integration User Licenses will limit Integration users to a particular subset of data and provide you more control over operations and improved transaction traceability at each integration point. Organizations with several integrations can more easily adhere to the best practise of having one integration user per integration type with the help of the New Salesforce Integration User License. Only through an API will this licence give a user access to Salesforce data and functionalities.
